Santis Bar and Grill has been part of Sunninghill longer than most of its residents. Tucked into The Square Shopping Centre, it is a place where regulars still sit at the same tables they did twenty years ago, where the menu has a dish for every day of the year, and where the owner, Joe Meldau, still remembers who first ordered what.
